The refund process depends on how you purchased your subscription. That’s because Heylama doesn’t process payments directly — we use payment providers like Apple, Google, and Stripe. Each has its own refund procedure.
For iOS users (App Store)
We can’t issue refunds directly for App Store purchases.

If you purchased through Google Play, you can either:
