How do I cancel my subscription?

A step-by-step guide on canceling your subscription

If you’d like to cancel your Heylama subscription, you can do it directly through the app or your device’s account settings. Follow the steps below depending on your preferred method.


🦙 Option 1: Cancel via the Heylama App (Fastest)

  1. Open the Heylama app.

  2. Tap on your profile initial in the top right corner to open Settings.

  3. Scroll down and tap Manage Subscription.

  4. In the pop-up (modal), tap Cancel Subscription.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

⚠️ Note: If you subscribed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), the final cancellation confirmation happens in your device account settings.


🍏 Option 2: Cancel via your device settings

iOS Users

If you subscribed using your Apple ID:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Tap your name at the top.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Find and tap Heylama.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Alternatively, visit: apple.co/manage-subscriptions

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Android users

If you subscribed via Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Tap your profile icon (top right).

  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

  4. Select Heylama from the list.

  5. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.

Alternatively, go to: play.google.com/subscriptions

You’ll continue to have access to premium features until your current billing cycle ends.


💡 After Cancellation

  • You’ll still have full access until your paid period ends.

  • Once it expires, you'll no longer have access to the premium features

  • You can re-upgrade anytime in the Heylama app.
